Centered Mental Health offers comprehensive mental health care to clients (ages six and up) to address most mental health symptoms. Our evidence-based and holistic approach is customized for every client to tailor their needs. We provide treatment options and offer medication recommendations if needed, evidence-based traditional medications, and psychotherapy modalities.
At Centered Mental Health, we truly value the time with the patient and spend 45-60 minutes in the initial session listening to the patient, going over symptoms, nutrition, lab work, previous history, medications, and lifestyle. Our psychiatric nurse practitioner is board-certified to treat clients experiencing symptoms of Depression, ADHD, GAD, OCD, PTSD, MDD, Insomnia, Bipolar disorder, and many other diagnoses.
